Microsoft is excited to announce “Three Users for $1” - a Microsoft Dynamics (U.S.) promotion for growing and medium-sized businesses that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality, low cost of ownership, and rapid deployability offered by Microsoft Dynamics GP. The promotion allows customers to purchase up to 3 Advanced Management (AM) or Business Essential (BE) user licenses for $1 (US). This offer applies to new customers making their initial purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER OFFER
Effective Monday, March 15, 2010, and available until end of business day Friday, June 25, 2010, all new customers that meet the eligibility criteria can take advantage of this special offer.

OFFER DETAILS
The offer is summarized as follows:

  • With the initial purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP, the customer will be allowed to buy up to their first three (3) users (foundation pack user and two additional users) for $1:
    • AM or BE users
  • Commitment to a 3 year Business Ready Enhancement Plan is also required. The first year of maintenance must be paid at time of initial license purchase with years two and three due at renewal dates.
  • Enhancement Plan fees will be calculated based on the System List Price (“SLP”) of all users and components. Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating enhancement fees.
  • Regular waterfall pricing (volume discounts) will be used to calculate the cost of additional users.

OFFER EXCLUSIONS AND NOTES
Exclusions:

  • Offer does not apply to: Microsoft Dynamics Client for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (DCO MOSS)
  • SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
  • A la carte functionality
  • Third Party (ISV) software and functionality.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM related Services or Components.
  • Microsoft Dynamics® AX, Microsoft Dynamics® NAV, Microsoft Dynamics® SL, or Microsoft Dynamics® RMS
  • Offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions including but not limited to Business Ready Flexible Pay (BRFP), usage of Sell One Get One Credit, and Stimulate Your Business (Peachtree, NetSuite, and Quickbooks Replacer offer).

Notes:

  • All license purchases made after the initial 3 user licenses purchased will be based on estimated retail prices.
  • This offer is only available in the United States through June 25, 2010.
