Microsoft is excited to announce the “Construction Offer” - a Microsoft Dynamics promotion targeting small and medium sized Professional Services businesses in the United States and Canada that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality offered by Microsoft Dynamics GP. For a limited time, Microsoft is offering a discount of up to 20% for new customers when they purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP Advanced Management (“AM”) or Business Essential (“BE”) edition user licenses. Additional details, terms and conditions are provided below.
OFFER DETAILS, EXCLUSIONS AND NOTES
From October 1, 2009 and available until 11:59 CST, March 26, 2010, all new customers in SIC codes : 15XX, 16XX, 17XX and 871X (Customers in the Construction Industry such as Architects, Engineers, Contractors or Builders) will be eligible for a discount of up to 20% on purchases of Microsoft Dynamics GP AM or BE edition user.
Customers must purchase a minimum of one Foundation Pack and three (3) AM or BE edition user licenses for a total of four (4) user licenses.
The offer is valid for a maximum of 25 user licenses and will only apply to the Customer’s first license purchase. All license purchases made after the initial license purchase will be based on estimated retail prices.
Service plan fees will be calculated based on the published list price for all users and components licensed.
Exclusions:
Offer does not apply to:
- Existing Microsoft Dynamics ERP customers
- Enhancement Fees (Service Plan). Enhancement fees will be calculated based on the published list price of all users and components. Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating enhancement fees.
- A-la-carte modules/granules
- Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Business Lite Users
- Third Party (ISV) software and functionality
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM related Services or Components
