EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Microsoft is excited to announce the “ STIMULATE YOUR BUSINESS – TRADE UP TO MICROSOFT DYNAMICS ERP” - a Microsoft Dynamics promotion targeting businesses currently using QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting applications that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality offered by Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics SL. The promotion is comprised of an escalating trade-in value based on Microsoft Dynamics product edition and number of users purchased.

DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER OFFER
Effective Thursday, October 1, 2009, and available until end of business day (11:59pm CST), Friday June 25, 2010 all existing QuickBooks and Peachtree customers are invited to take advantage of a special trade in promotion when purchasing the Business Essential (BE) edition or Advanced Management (AM) edition of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

The offer is summarized as follows:

Purchase one Foundation Pack and 3 additional Business Ready Licenses (BRL) BE or AM user licenses and receive a trade in value on each new Microsoft Dynamics user license up to the following:

For example, with proof of QuickBooks or Peachtree ownership, a prospect purchasing 6 users of Business Ready License (BRL) AM (1 Foundation Pack and 5 additional) would get a total trade in discount of $3,900 (6x$650).

OFFER NOTES, INCLUSIONS, EXCLUSIONS
Inclusions:

• Applies only to new purchases of the BE and AM editions of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• All BRL purchases must be made at the time of initial purchase.
• Offer may be applied to the first 50 Microsoft Dynamics user license purchases; it is not limited to the purchase of the same number of QuickBooks or Peachtree licenses currently owned.

• Enhancement Fees (Service Plan). Enhancement fees must be calculated based on the published list price of all users and components. Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating enhancement fees
