For those of you who have been using Outlook 2010 with MSCRM, you probably initially noticed that the familiar CRM buttons were moved to the Add-Ins section of the Outlook ribbon. This was obviously very annoying for those of us familiar with CRM. Well Microsoft has clearly listened to the end-user community and with rollup 11, the CRM buttons are back on the main Outlook ribbon. I'm sure there are other great features of Rollup 11, but this one immediately jumped out at me.
