Senior Application Consultant

We currently have an opening for a Senior Application Consultant.

The Senior Application Consultant generally works with clients and team members in the implementation or development around of one or more of the following Microsoft technologies:  Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics RMS, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft SQL.  You will have the opportunity to participate in the gathering of business requirements through direct, on-site client interaction, interpret those requirements into a detailed system design, and finally, be responsible (in a team environment) for implementing and deploying the system design into an effective solution.  You will be viewed as a technical expert with the ability to translate specific business requirements into a working solution.

Qualifications:  The ideal Senior Application Consultant will have excellent interpersonal skills, a BA/BS degree in accounting, information systems or a related field, a minimum of 5 - 7 years applicable work experience, and the ability to handle the demands of multiple projects at any given time.

Senior / Staff Developers

We currently have openings for Senior / Staff Developers.

The Senior/Staff Developer works with team members and clients in the development and delivery of cusotmizations generally related to various Microsoft applications and technologies, including Microsoft SQL, Business Intelligence, Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and/or SharePoint.  You will have the opportunity to participate in the gathering of business requirements through direct, on-site client interaction and assist with deploying the system design into an effective solution.

Qualifications:  The ideal Senior/Staff Developer will have excellent interpersonal skills, a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or a related field, more than 5 years applicable work experience as a Senior Developer, 2 - 5 years applicable work experience as a Staff Developer, and the ability to handle the demands of multiple projects at any given time.  Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

      • Development experience – ASP.NET, C#, VB.Net
      • Microsoft SQL server 2008/2005/2000
      • Data Mining, T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Database Design
      • HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/JQuery/VBScript/CSS
      • XML/XSL/Web Services
      • Office Development (SharePoint, Access, InfoPath, Excel, Word templates, etc.

Staff Network Administrator

We currently have an opening for a Staff Network Administrator.

Role-Specific Competencies

Networking

  • Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
  • Technologies: TCP/IP, T1, Fiber, Juniper Networks, Dell switches

Telephony

  • Assists with the administration and maintenance of the telephone system, including telephone switches.
  • Technologies: Interactive Intelligence, Microsoft Communication Server

Internal Systems

  • Assists in supporting corporate applications; internal corporate servers, user desktops, etc.
  • Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
  • Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
  • Technologies: Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft Data Protection Manager 2010, Microsoft Forefront Security, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 including Project and Visio, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010

New Hire Administration

  • Creates network and email accounts for new users.
  • Sets up computers for new users and ensures delivery of equipment to users in different locations if necessary.
  • Updates company phone lists and email address books.
  • Assists with the creation of new hire telephone and voicemail extensions.

Help Desk Administration

  • Helps answer all trouble calls/emails and enters work orders into Microsoft CRM.
  • Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.

Asset Management

  • Assists with the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
  • Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.
